So you are out with the kids and one of your own decides to put on a show! I mean a knock down drag out show. He or she is whining very loudly, and crying profusely. He or she is screaming and shouting about what he or she wants. What do you do? Do you discipline your children in public or burn with fire until you get home then discipline them?
I have been put in this situation before and it's no fun, I can honestly say that I had to straighten that little boy out right then and there. I told him that I was not the one to play with and I would knock the jam out of his toes if he ever crossed me again. Needless to say he never tried me again.
Sometimes I feel as though they just want to see if they can get away with it.
So what do you think? How do you respond when your children try you in public.

What have you been called to do?
What have you been called to do? Whatever the higher power you believe in, are you being called to do something greater and have yet to do it?
Many times I hear people say, "I just have a gift with....." or "I work very well with...."
Whatever that (........) that fill in the blank, that is your gift, that is your passion.
Your passion will take you wherever you want to go.
I speak to many women entrepreneurs and they say I am not making the money I should be making or I am not making money at all. The first thing I ask is, "are you working in your gift? "Are you operating in your calling?" Well if you aren't then do it! And if you are then there is a disconnect somewhere and we need to find out what it is. Maybe it's the marketing or sales approach or whatever it maybe try allowing someone else (preferably a mentor or coach) look at your sales and marketing strategy and see what they have to offer.
One of the saddest things I have ever seen is a perfect business plan or idea with a bad strategy.
We were not put on this earth to operate alone, seek the opinion of others.
Everyone's opinion won't be for you but you will know which ones to take!

How do you deal with stress?
How do you deal with stress?
Many of us count to a specific number, many of us take deep breaths or walk.
I have even seen people scream until THEY feel better.
What do you do? Is your stress reliever mental or physical?
I know one of my stress relievers is to walk in silence. Another way for me to relieve stress is to clean up. My children know that when I am cleaning, I am in my zone and don't disturb me!

Are you living above your means?
Many of us today live way above our means?
Many of us say we just want ends to meet and true enough that is a want but, ends don't meet!
I sat down a couple of m0nth ago and decided to list all of our expenses and I was truly saddened!
I decided to cut back on my expenses and take control of what I was spending. I budgeted $300 for all of my utilities. I called up the utility companies and said this is what I have to spend if I can't get a plan or a package within that range, I can't be your customer anymore. Well it WORKED! The power company wasn't going for it but they did say I can do budget billing! My satellite bill went from $80 a month to $33 and my cell phone bill went from $200 to $99 a month. The only reason why my cell phone bill is so high is because I have four lines.
I want to know if any of you are willing to sacrifice and save for what you want.
I am! It has been really hard but I know that I will get what I want in the end!
I want to know what you want and are your willing to sacrifice to get it? What are you willing to give up to get the big picture?

To loan or not to loan that is the question!
To loan or not to loan that is the question,
Do you loan your family money? Are you one of the ones they coming running to because they know you have it? Or you the one that everyone knows has it but, refuse to come to you? Are you specific on timelines and deadlines? Or are you the type to give them as much time as they need?
I have loaned money before and have been loaned money to. I am going to keep it real, we have all been through this and you loan a family member some money and everything is straight until it is time to pay the money back. Then you see the family member at the next family function and you're hardly speaking because you looking at the brand new car he just bought or the house he is having the family function in and you say "they can go and buy this or that and not pay me my money back?"
Keep it real with me fam, you have done it or have been on the other end of the stick!
