How do you deal with stress?

How do you deal with stress?
Many of us count to a specific number, many of us take deep breaths or walk.
I have even seen people scream until THEY feel better.
What do you do? Is your stress reliever mental or physical?
I know one of my stress relievers is to walk in silence. Another way for me to relieve stress is to clean up. My children know that when I am cleaning, I am in my zone and don't disturb me!
